Mess with Lancôme

811media was tapped to serve as the US creative agency for Lancôme’s global Mess with Lancôme campaign. We delivered video and photo assets showcasing Global Ambassadors "messing" with Lancôme products. The more informal, edgy creative was crafted to appeal to younger consumers while keeping its loyal base engaged and tapped in to new product launches.

Season 1 introduced Joy Sunday as the brand's newest US Ambassador.

For Season 2, Lancôme brought together 4 global ambassadors to celebrate its 90th birthday: Amanda Seyfried, Isabella Rossellini, Joy Sunday and Nico Parker.

After the great success of Season 1, Lancôme asked us to conceptualize the creative for Season 2. Lancôme’s global agency then leveraged our concept and production design to create localized influencer executions. 

The campaign was split into creative pulses corresponding to seasonal thematics . The result? Individual and group Ambassador content that cut through the clutter.

Key visuals were used on Social and continue to be used in-store at ULTA locations nationwide beyond the campaign.
